Standard turn-around time is within 15 working days which does not include weekends, public holidays or bank holidays as observed in England.
Guidelines
- Once you have received an "Invitation To View Your Proof Images" email, it's time to log in to your Gallery and make the tough decision of which images you would like to add to your Collection
- Select the images and add them to your chosen Collection via your Gallery. You then have the opportunity to add any notes to us regarding individual images or your entire Collection
- Check out and make payment - you will have a further opportunity to add a note
- Once your cleared order is received by us our graphic designers will take over and proceed to the editing/retouching stage
- You can now check the progress of your account by selecting the "View My Orders" option in "My Account"
- You will receive an email in due course (see the Photography Lead Times table below) which will provide you with information on the next steps regarding downloading and receiving your Final Images - your order will then be complete
